About Us

The Vogrin family has a heart for serving the Lord and for directing others to Him. It is their desire to strengthen families in order for each family to become a living testimony of God’s work and to glorify Him in all they do. “Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven” (Matthew 5:16).

George Vogrin served as the director of the Advanced Training Institute (ATI) from 2004–2006. His family served alongside him in the ATI department in order to meet the needs of those in the program.

The Vogrin family is currently expanding their ministry from their home in Pennsylvania, as they pursue the vision of encouraging families to serve the Lord together and assisting them in raising up a generation that will impact the world for the kingdom of God.

George and Claudia have three children, ages 27, 24 and 16, and have been home schooling their children for twenty-one years.

Their family has been involved in ministry together for over twenty years and began by making their home into a Ministry Center. They felt that it was important to first use it to minister to their own family, and then from there, they could reach out to others. The Lord expanded their ministry in many unexpected ways as they have sought to apply the verse, “As for me and my house we will serve the Lord” (Joshua 24:15).

The family began presenting the Gospel through concerts based on the hymns of the faith. They play the handbells as a family, along with the harp, piano, violin, flute, harmonica and organ. They also enjoy singing as a family and want to use any talents from the Lord to draw others to Him. “Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights” (James 1:17). They have written and presented Children’s Character Workshops to accompany homeschool conferences and seminars, which have been shown on a local television station. Their ministry also includes Gospel Chalk Art presentations, where George shares a timely message while the family draws a picture.

The family speaks at conferences on a variety of topics, including: Building Strong Family Relationships, Winning the Hearts of Your Brothers and Sisters, How to Begin Serving the Lord as a Family, A Ministry Right Where You Are, Developing a Music Ministry, Preparing for Nursing Home Ministry, Building Families of Character, Caring For an Aged Parent, Finding Your Life Purpose, Choosing Wise Friends, and Serving the Lord During the Single Years.

The Vogrins also have a vision for training families in the many ways they could serve the Lord together as a team. They enjoy working with families in group settings, as well as individually, to help them determine ways in which they could serve the Lord together, identify skills within their family that would be useful in ministry, and direct them to specific opportunities. Many fathers have expressed an interest in having their family serve the Lord as a team, but do not know where to begin. To meet this need, the Vogrins are currently writing a course that will assist families to begin serving the Lord together. If you would like information on this course, or if your family serves the Lord together and would like to be a part of the research for this course, contact the Vogrin family by clicking here.
